Olin Case Competition | First Place

My team and I traveled to Washington University at St. Louis and represented USC against rival universities such as Carnegie Mellon, Georgetown, and Emory. We were tasked with addressing both an acquisition integration with a commercial bank, as well as a sustainable long term strategy shift for our client.
HuiFang Management Report | Team 7

My team and I were tasked with analyzing the global cosmetics market and potential expansion options for a real Chinese cosmetics company. We produced a thorough report in management report format that analyzed everything from size of market in different countries, to cultural differences that are inherent within cosmetics.
Octopus | Practice Case

This is an example of the weekly deliverables we're responsible for as competing members of Marshall Case Team. We did this practice case as a leadup to our competition, exploring the microtransactions industry in Hong Kong and determining how to best address new technological threats as well as which current advantages could be leveraged for future strategic positioning.
